My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Madison)

I was laid off as an insurance claims processor and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Mine took about 5 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
