My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Madison)

I was laid off as a bank teller and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
