I filed my claim 14 weeks ago after being let go as an insurance claims processor. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
