My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, graphic designer here

I applied for unemployment in San Diego 25 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a graphic designer before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
