My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - first time posting

I filed my claim 19 weeks ago after being let go as a call-centre agent. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
