My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Dallas 22 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
