My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Columbus 4 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 4 weeks. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 4 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
