My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, electrician's helper here

I filed my claim 13 weeks ago after being let go as an electrician's helper. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
