My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, electrician's helper here

I filed my claim 11 weeks ago after being let go as an electrician's helper. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
