My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I filed my claim 18 weeks ago after being let go as a sales associate. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
