My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I applied for unemployment in Cleveland 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 11 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
