My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I was laid off as a retail manager and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I worked as a retail manager before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
