My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, call-centre agent here

I applied for unemployment in Richmond 13 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 13 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
