My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Buffalo)

I filed my claim 2 weeks ago after being let go as a forklift operator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Mine took about 2 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
