My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Baltimore)

I was laid off as a delivery driver and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 8 weeks. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
