My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Atlanta)

I filed my claim 20 weeks ago after being let go as a project coordinator. I worked as a project coordinator before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
