My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - any advice?

I was laid off as a delivery driver and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I worked as a delivery driver before this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
