My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - any advice?

I filed my claim 23 weeks ago after being let go as a logistics coordinator. It has been weighing on me all week. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
