My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Jacksonville 24 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 24 weeks. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
