My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 9 years as a delivery driver

I was laid off as a delivery driver and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
