My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 5 years as an office manager

I applied for unemployment in Boise 9 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
