My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 5 years as a security officer

I filed my claim 13 weeks ago after being let go as a security officer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
