My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 5 years as a machine operator

I was laid off as a machine operator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 14 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
