My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 5 years as a data-entry clerk

I applied for unemployment in Omaha 3 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
