My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 4 years as a payroll clerk

I filed my claim 19 weeks ago after being let go as a payroll clerk. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
