My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 17 years as a payroll clerk

I was laid off as a payroll clerk and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
