My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 16 years as a home health aide

I applied for unemployment in Baltimore 18 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
