My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 16 years as a graphic designer

I filed my claim 14 weeks ago after being let go as a graphic designer. I worked as a graphic designer before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
