My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 15 years as a warehouse supervisor

I was laid off as a warehouse supervisor and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
