My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 15 years as a bookkeeper

I filed my claim 9 weeks ago after being let go as a bookkeeper. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
