My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 14 years as a machine operator

I applied for unemployment in Atlanta 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
