My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 14 years as a social media manager

I filed my claim 3 weeks ago after being let go as a social media manager. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
