My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 12 years as a barista

I was laid off as a barista and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I worked as a barista before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
