My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 12 years as a recruiter

I was laid off as a recruiter and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
