My first unemployment payment still has not arrived after 10 years as a paralegal

I applied for unemployment in Raleigh 6 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
