My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 9 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Portland 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
