My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I applied for unemployment in Richmond 25 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
