My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 7 months and counting

I was laid off as a machine operator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
