My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 6 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Cincinnati 6 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a store manager before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
