My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I applied for unemployment in Fresno 21 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
