My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 5 months and counting

I filed my claim 21 weeks ago after being let go as a pharmacy technician. It has been weighing on me all week. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
