My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 4 months and counting

I was laid off as a customer-service rep and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
