My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 4 months and counting

I filed my claim 24 weeks ago after being let go as a barista. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
