My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 4 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Louisville 18 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 18 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
