My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 4 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Dallas 17 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
