My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 3 months and counting

I filed my claim 3 weeks ago after being let go as an IT help-desk technician. It has been weighing on me all week. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
