My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 22 weeks in

I was laid off as a security officer and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
