My first unemployment payment still has not arrived

I filed my claim 23 weeks ago after being let go as a home health aide. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
