My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 2 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Detroit 19 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
