My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - 19 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Spokane 19 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 19 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
